Motor protection circuit breakers of Series 8527 are used where high short circuit currents are to be controlled and to protect both Ex e and Ex d motors. These switches are suitable to protect cables and the installation and can basically be used without a back-up fuse at 400 V.

Breakers are operated by rotary handles enabling next to secure switching also to identify clearly switch settings.
